AU Library Tech Resources: Computing Software, Remote Lab, Laptop Loans, and Technology Lending

Library Computing Software


AU Libraries offers three computing spaces that offer a wide range of current software supporting all disciplines across the Auburn campus. Visit aub.ie/libcomputing for specific information on the computing space locations.

Library Remote Lab


Additionally, AU Libraries provides access to a Remote Lab for computing needs. Remote Lab is a web-based service that provides 24/7 remote access to Windows computers from both Windows and macOS devices (excluding technical outages). Laptop Loans


AU Libraries also provides laptop checkout services for Auburn users in need of a temporary laptop computing solution. Visit the aub.ie/BorrowALaptop for more information.

Technology Lending


Technology equipment is available for checkout to students, faculty, and staff at the Innovation & Research Commons (I&RC) on the 1st floor of the RBD Library. For more information on equipment inventory and guidelines, visit aub.ie/techloan.
