• Linux Web Request (https://aub.ie/linuxwebsite)
  • This request replaces the old Unix Website Request. There is a new flow behind this request that assists with maintaining web related configuration items (CI) and makes additional requests based on needs.
• Approvals via Alias
  • This is a new feature that solves the problem where a user may have their alias listed as their preferred email, but the response back will come from their published email, and therefore the approver is not recognized.
• Greater automation capabilities
  
  • Newly developed sub flows allow for greater automation possibilities.
• Improved Company and License Asset management
