• Change Control Updates
  • Adds the ability to close changes from the Change Request
    • How to Close a Change Request
• Approval Email Updates
  
  • Adds the ability for an approver to approve from their preferred email. The biggest population this will help is our AUM approvers.
• Vendor Number Added to Companies
  • This addition gives billing the ability to add the company's Tiger Buy number to records
• UI Improvements
  • Added GID to Watch List and Work Notes user select fields. This allows users to be selected more accurately and efficiently to add to these lists.
  • Migrated the default requested item workflow to Flow Designer. This provides us with more flexibility and ease of administration.

Known Issues

• Fixed: Search results for pages (i.e. Phish Tank, Software Catalog, etc.) now render correctly.
• Fixed: Once an incident is resolved, the incident reopens if the caller comments.
