Connect to a Wireless Network on a Windows Computer:
- Click the Network/WiFi icon in the taskbar (bottom-right corner of the screen).
- Make sure WiFi is turned On.
- Click the WiFi arrow (Windows 11).
- Choose the wireless network (SSID) you want to join.
- Select Connect.
- Enter your Auburn credentials. When connecting to WiFi via eduroam, you must enter your full Auburn email address and password. Click OK and Connect.
- If you need to remove a saved network or disconnect, click Settings > Network & Internet > WiFi > Manage Known Networks > select the network, and click Forget.

Connect to a Wireless Network on a Mac:
- In the upper right-hand corner of your screen's menu bar, click the WiFi icon.
- Make sure the WiFi is turned On.
- Select the wireless network you would like to join. If you do not see the network you want to join, click Other Networks to display nearby networks.
- When the window appears, enter your AU credentials and click OK and Join. As a reminder, when connecting to WiFi via eduroam, you must enter your full Auburn email address and password.
- Verify the network certificate, if prompted, and click Continue.
- If you have issues connecting to eduroam, visit aub.ie/eduroam for specific Mac troubleshooting tips and an alternate way to connect via WiFi settings.
- If you need to remove a saved network or disconnect, click the WiFi icon > WiFi Settings > click Details next to the selected network > Forget This Network > Forget.

Connect to a Wireless Network on an iOS Device:
- From your Home screen, open Settings (gear icon).
- Tap WiFi.
- Tap the WiFi network that you wish to join.
- Enter your AU credentials, if prompted. As a reminder, when connecting to WiFi via eduroam, you must enter your full Auburn email address and password.
- Tap Join.
- On an iPhone, you may be asked to trust the network using ClearPass. Tap Trust in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Once connected, a checkmark will appear next to the network name and the WiFi icon will display in the status bar.
- If you need to remove a saved network or disconnect, tap Settings > WiFi > tap the "i" information icon next to the desired network > Forget This Network > Forget.

Connect to a Wireless Network on an Android or Pixel Device:
- Note: Exact settings may vary depending on manufacturer and OS version.
- Open Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Network & Internet, Connections, or WiFi (the name may vary by device manufacturer).
- Tap WiFi and ensure it is turned On.
- Tap the WiFi network that you wish to join.
- When connecting to eduroam, under identity, enter your full Auburn email address. Connecting to eduroam on an Android device requires specific settings to be entered. Detailed instructions can be found here:
- Tap Connect or Join.
- Once connected, the network will show Connected, and a WiFi icon will appear in the status bar.
- If you need to remove a saved network or disconnect, tap the network name, then tap Forget to remove it.
