Connect to a Wireless Network on a Windows Computer:
- In the bottom-right corner of your screen, there is a taskbar containing Network, Sound, and Battery icons. Click the Network icon (which may resemble a globe icon if you are not connected or a WiFi icon). You can also click the Sound or Battery icons to bring up WiFi settings.
- Next to the WiFi signal icon where it shows "Available," click the arrow for Manage WiFi Connections. (NOTE: If a list of available WiFi networks does not appear, click Settings > Network & Internet > WiFi.)
- Choose the desired WiFi network and click Connect.
- Enter your Auburn credentials; as a reminder, when connecting to WiFi via eduroam, you must enter your full Auburn email address. Click OK and Connect.
- If you need to remove a saved network or disconnect, click Settings > Network & Internet > WiFi > Manage Known Networks > select the network, and click Forget.

Connect to a Wireless Network on a Mac:
- In the upper right-hand corner of your screen's menu bar, click the WiFi icon.
- Select the WiFi you would like to join. If you do not see the network you want to join, click Other Networks to display nearby networks.
- When the window appears, enter your AU credentials and click OK or Join. As a reminder, when connecting to WiFi via eduroam, you must enter your full Auburn email address.
- Verify the network certificate if prompted and click Continue.
- If you have issues connecting to eduroam, visit aub.ie/eduroam for specific troubleshooting tips.
- If you need to remove a saved network or disconnect, click the WiFi icon > WiFi Settings > click Details next to the selected network > Forget This Network > Remove.

Connect to a Wireless Network on an iOS Device:
- From your Home screen, open Settings (gear icon).
- Tap WiFi.
- Tap the WiFi network that you wish to join.
- Enter your AU credentials, if prompted. As a reminder, when connecting to WiFi via eduroam, you must enter your full Auburn email address.
- Tap Join.
- On an iPhone you may be asked to trust the network using ClearPass. Tap Trust in the upper right corner of the screen.
- If you need to remove a saved network or disconnect, tap Settings > WiFi > tap the "i" information icon next to the desired network > Forget This Network > Forget.

Connect to a Wireless Network on an Android or Pixel Device:
- Note: Exact settings may vary depending on manufacturer and OS version.
- Open Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Network & Internet.
- Tap WiFi.
- Tap the WiFi network that you wish to join.
- Under identity, enter your username and password. Note: Connecting to eduroam requires specific settings to be entered. Detailed instructions can be found here:
- Tap Connect.
- If you need to remove a saved network or disconnect, tap the network name, then tap Forget to remove it.
