As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance AU Access, we’ll soon be updating how students, advisors, and faculty access registration and academic tools.
Beginning Tuesday, December 16, 2025, various Faculty-relevant menu functions will move to the Faculty Self-Service tab under the Faculty Quick Access card within the AU Access portal. During this transition, there is no expected downtime, and your access will remain unchanged, just relocated. This change will occur after final grades are posted and Fall commencement.
Currently, from navigating to the Employee tab under the Employee Services card > Self-Service > Faculty Services tab, the following options are available. On December 16, the options outlined in red will be removed from this screen and their functions will be relocated.
On December 16, you can access various Faculty-relevant menu functions by navigating to the Faculty tab > Faculty Quick Access card > Faculty Self-Service, as shown below.
From Faculty Self-Service, you will see the following Faculty Services entry page. From here, you can navigate to the following pages by clicking the four-square icon in the top-left corner and selecting Banner > Faculty and Advisors.
a. Click the four-square icon in the top-left corner.
b. Click Banner.
c. Click Faculty and Advisors.
From here, you will see various faculty, advisor, and student menu options that you can click to access.
