9030D Haley Conference Room
The equipment in this room was updated in March 2025 to be a state of the art group conference room able to seat 13 people in the room and also invite Zoom or Teams participants. Click on images to enlarge if needed.

The room contains a large screen TV, Apple TV, Logitech MeetUp 2 camera/microphone/speaker and a PC Computer using Windows 11. Anyone with a valid Auburn UserID can sign into the computer using the wireless keyboard. |

Zoom Settings for using the Logitech Meet Up as Camera, Microphone and Speaker. Always Run the Test Speaker and Microphone before joining a meeting to ensure the Speaker and Microphone are set correctly. All inputs should be set to Logitech MeetUp 2. |

| From and iOS device swipe down from the top right portion of the screen to open the control panel. Choose the Screen share icon and then the 9030D Apple TV when prompted. If this is the first time you will confirm the 4 digit code to join. From an Apple Laptop choose Screen sharing.
