Have you forgotten your Password?
This article explains the methods for resetting your password if you have forgotten it. You can click on the “Forgot Password?” link on any page which requires you to log in. This link will take you to MyAccount, and if you have previously created self-help questions and answers, it will walk you through the process of resetting your password.
If you need assistance, have not yet created your self-help questions and answers, or would like us to set a temporary password, please call the IT Service Desk at 334.844.4944. The Service Desk will ask you a few questions to verify your identity, then set a temporary password, allowing you to log in to MyAccount and set a password of your choice. If you cannot verify your identity, we ask that you visit our office on the 3rd floor of the RBD Library with a photo ID or join the IT Service Desk Zoom Room with your photo ID.
To reset your password, after clicking “Forgot Password,” enter your username and Banner ID.
If you do not know this information, please call the IT Service Desk at 334.844.4944.
You will have to answer the security questions you have previously set up correctly to verify your identity. Once you have verified those questions, you will be logged in to MyAccount, where you can reset your password.
