This article explains how to change or update your password.

 

If you have forgotten your password, please call the IT Service Desk at 334-844-4944 to request a temporary password.  You will be asked to verify your identity by providing some information.  If you do not know your Banner ID or username, you can join the IT Service Desk Zoom Room with a valid photo ID or contact the Registrar’s Office at 334.844.4367.

 

You can navigate to auburn.edu/myaccount and login if you know your username and password.  Once logged into MyAccount, you can update your password, edit your security questions, and update your alternate email address.
