If you have forgotten your password, please call the IT Service Desk at (334) 844-4944 to request a temporary password. You will be asked to verify your identity by providing some information.  If you do not know your Banner ID or username, you can join the IT Service Desk Zoom Room with a valid photo ID.

If you know your Auburn username and password, you can update your password at MyAccount by navigating to auburn.edu/myaccount. Log in with your Auburn username and password.  

Once logged in to MyAccount, you can update your password, update your alternate email address, and update your security questions and answers.
