If you have any knowledge articles in MS Word on your desktop or file share and are now looking to come into the digital age where they are easier to find, and access this is the KB article you're looking for.
From the platform type "Knowledge" in the filter navigator and click "Homepage" under the Knowledge module.
Click the "Import Articles" button in the top right of the content area
Drag and drop your Word document(s) in the area provided
Select the Knowledge Base they will reside in
Select the Category
You'll see an "Import Complete" with the title and number of the newly created article
Click the title to view the article, update it further if needed, and publish it.
