How to Solve Browser Caching Issues

  1.  Browse in Private 

Follow the instructions below to open a private browser session and then navigate to the URL you would like to visit.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then New Incognito Window.
  3. A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon Incognito.

You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:

  • Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
  • Mac: Press  + Shift + n.

 

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. To the right of the address bar, tap More More and then New Incognito tab.
  3. A new window appears. In the top left, check for the Incognito icon Incognito.

* If you see the below message, open the webpage in a normal Chrome tab.

 "Taking screenshots isn't allowed by the app or your organization."

 

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. Tap More More and then New Incognito Tab Incognito. A new Incognito tab opens.

  2. New Private Window

 

  1. In Safari, tap the tabs icon in the bottom-right corner.

 

  1. Tap the down arrow in the bottom-center of the screen and choose Private.

 

  1. Tap the plus sign (+) at the bottom to open a new tab.

 

  

  1.  Clear your Cache or Cookies

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

 

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. At the top right, tap More More.
  3. Tap History and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Tap Clear data.

 

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. At the bottom, tap More More.
  3. Tap History and then Clear browsing data.
  4. Make sure there’s a check mark next to "Cookies, Site Data," and "Cached Images and Files."
  5. Tap Clear browsing data.

  • In the Safari app safari on your Mac, choose History >
  • Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.
  • Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.

 

 

 

  1. To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. 

 

  1. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
  2. To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
