• This is an annual subscription to MS Visio (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/visio/flowchart-software)
• All employees are required to have an individual subscription.
• Subscriptions may not be shared.
• Departmental accounts are not eligible for a subscription.
• The current cost of an annual license is available on the MS Visio request page (https://aub.ie/getvisio).

How to Use MS Visio Online

1. Go to office.com.
2. Log in with your Auburn University credentials.
3. Click the waffle icon in the top-left corner and click the Visio icon.
    

How to Install MS Visio on a Computer

1. Go to office.com.
2. Log in with your Auburn University credentials.
3. You should be redirected back to the Microsoft home dashboard. In the top-right corner, click Install and more and then Install Microsoft 365 apps.
   
4. Click Apps & Devices, choose the proper settings for your device, and press Install Visio.
