Email addresses and domain names in the Safe Senders List are never treated as junk email, regardless of the content of the message. Users can add contacts to the Safe Senders list to confirm that they will always receive messages from those contacts in their inbox. Email messages from safe senders are never moved to the Junk Email folder. Additional information can be found on Microsoft's Safe Senders List Support Page.
