Outlook: How to Mark an Email Message as "Not Junk"

Email spam detection relies on multiple factors such as the sender's reputation, message content, attached data and files, and how many recipients are included. Because of this filtering, legitimate emails can sometimes be mistakenly classified as spam and sent to the Junk Email folder. If a legitimate email is incorrectly delivered to your Junk Email folder, you can mark it as "Not Junk." This helps Outlook learn that the sender or message is safe and may improve future email filtering.

Follow the instructions below to mark an email message as "Not Junk," based on the specific Outlook application you are using.
