Notifications from ServiceNow can be individually customized to meet each users preference. The following guide will help navigate to notification preferences.
From Navigator Frame:
- Self Service – My Notification Preferences
- Globally turn off all notifications – Allow Notifications
- Selectively set notifications for email or ServiceNow Mobile Application (corresponding selection)
- IT Service Management (contains all notifications in question and are labeled to corresponding notifications)
- Catalog Task/Incident/Change/Change Task/etc. Assigned to my group
- Catalog Task/Incident/Change/Change Task/etc. Worknoted (unassigned)
- Catalog Task/Incident/Change/Change Task/etc. Commented (unassigned)
