Effective January 15, 2024, the login to Smartsheet will be restricted to SSO with multifactor authentication required. 

Please follow the instructions below when logging into Smartsheet:

Option One:

1. Navigate to aub.ie/smartsheet. If you are signed into SSO, you will be logged in. If not signed into SSO, you will be prompted to authenticate with your Auburn username and password, and you will be prompted with your DUO default communication method.

Option Two:

1. Navigate to smartsheet.com and click Log in.

2. Type in your Auburn email (username@auburn.edu) and click Continue.

3. Do not enter your Auburn password in the password field. The password option will remain visible, but will no longer be operational. Instead, click Sign in with your company account.

4. If you are signed into SSO, you will be logged in. If not signed into SSO, you will be prompted to authenticate with your Auburn username and password, and you will be prompted with your DUO default communication method.

5. After authenticating, you will be logged into Smartsheet.
