As part of our ongoing efforts to improve AU Access, students will soon see enhancements to Financial Aid tools on Monday, December 1st.
What’s changing?
It is important to note that the location of Financial Aid tools within AU Access will remain unchanged, as shown below. Students will still navigate to My Finances and choose either the Student Finances card or the Financial Aid card to access Financial Aid Offers. Additional options under the Financial Aid card will also remain available.
Beginning December 1st, when students access tools such as Financial Aid Offers, Financial Aid Requirements, Satisfactory Academic Progress, and Report Your Additional Resources, they will see an enhanced portal view and navigation options.

Accessing Financial Aid Requirements
After selecting Financial Aid Requirements from the Financial Aid card, students will be directed to the enhanced Financial Aid portal shown below.
The enhanced Financial Aid portal defaults to the Home tab where Student Requirements can be viewed.
Accessing Financial Aid Offers
After selecting Financial Aid Offers from either the Student Finances card or the Financial Aid card, students will see the same enhanced Financial Aid portal.
The enhanced Financial Aid portal defaults to the Home tab. Available tabs include:
- Home
- Offer
- Financial Aid History
- Resources
- Notifications
- Satisfactory Academic Progress
- College Financing Plan
Select your Aid Year from the drop-down option in the top right of the screen.
Select the Offer tab to view and submit Financial Aid Offers. Scroll down to view Terms and Conditions, Cost of Attendance, Grants and Scholarships to Pay for College, Net Cost, Options to Pay Net Cost, and Report Additional Resources.
Reporting Your Additional Resources
After selecting Report Your Additional Resources from the Financial Aid card, students will see the same enhanced Financial Aid portal.
The enhanced Financial Aid portal defaults to the Home tab. Select the Offer tab and scroll to the bottom of the screen.
At the bottom of the screen under Report Additional Resources, select Add/View Resource to report your additional resources.
Enter the new resource(s) and select Submit.
Accessing Academic Satisfactory Progress
After selecting Satisfactory Academic Progress from the Financial Aid card, students will be directed to the same enhanced Financial Aid portal shown below.
The Financial Aid portal defaults to the Home tab. Select your Aid Year from the drop-down option in the top right of the screen.
Select the Satisfactory Academic Progress tab to view your SAP status for the selected Financial Aid Year.
