EDUCAUSE is a nonprofit association whose mission is to advance higher education through the use of Information Technology. ECAR is a research organization within EDUCAUSE dedicated to understanding IT's role in colleges and universities. ECAR work groups provide a variety of publications including reports, working group papers, case studies, etc. that include guidance and actionable recommendations for IT professionals and higher education leaders.
