Tichenor 310 Conference Room


Instructions for using the conference equipment in Tichenor 310 Conference Room

Equipment List: 80" Monitor/TV, 2 42” Monitors/TVs, Panasonic Camera, Speaker and Microphone in the ceiling) Remote Control, Wireless Keyboard, Wireless Mouse and CPU

 

 

To Begin: Touch screen to begin. Choose your media at the top of the display (PC, Laptop HDMI, or Apple TV).

 

PC Option: You will see the Windows screen on the displays.

Laptop HDMI: If you connect to the available HDMI cable next to the input switch, you will see that on the displays.

Apple TV: Follow the instructions on the screen.

Monitor/TV Remotes: Use the Red Top Left Button to turn on the Monitors/TVs

NOTE: ONLY USE THE REMOTES IF THE TVs DO NOT RESPOND WHEN TOUCHING THE INPUT DISPLAY OPTION IN THE PREVIOUS STEP.

Start the Zoom App on the computer.

From this startup screen, if you know the Meeting ID you can join a meeting in progress clicking on the "Join a Meeting" button,

OR,

sign into your Zoom account clicking the "Sign In" button. 

Use your Auburn credentials to sign into your Licensed Zoom Account

Zoom Menu: Options to start a New Meeting, Join an existing meeting, or Schedule a future meeting from your Zoom Profile. Open the Meetings Tab in the Menu Bar to view additional meetings. 

Unless using a telephone for the audio portion of the conference click "Join with Computer Audio". Click “Test Speaker and Microphone” to do a real-time test of all audio equipment.

Microphone: Sound Blaster Audigy Fx V2
