TigerPrint: Mobility Print by Ricoh

Mobility Print by Ricoh is the preferred printing method for students on Auburn's campus. To utilize Mobility Print, you must be connected to AU_WiFi.

Follow these instructions for utilizing Mobility Print:

  1. Install the Ricoh Print Queue profile for your device (phone, tablet, or laptop) by scanning the QR code located at each Ricoh printing location or by navigating to aub.ie/mobilityprint. For more detailed instructions, please click the corresponding button below for your specific device type.
  2. Locate the document to be printed on your device and select 'Print.' Select RicohPrinters as your desired printer and set your print settings (color or b/w, number of copies, single or double-sided, etc.) before submitting.
  3. Once your document is processed, you will receive an email with your release code. This code will be the same every time you print.
  4. To print your document(s), you can login at one of the printers using your Auburn credentials or print release code. For further information on how to utilize the printers, please click the corresponding button below.

How to Utilize a Printer


To utilize a printer, a student must have funds uploaded to their TigerPrint account. To upload funds, please reference the Knowledge Base article TigerPrint: Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

Note: The printers are smaller printers without copying functionality, as shown below.

1. Tap the screen on the printer to wake up the screen. You will see a display to login using either your Auburn username and password or your ID number (print release code). To login using your Auburn username and password, tap 'Username and password.'

2. Tap 'Username.'

3. Enter your Auburn username (do not include @auburn.edu) and tap 'Next.'

4. Enter your Auburn password and tap 'Log in.'

5. Alternatively, if you are logging in using your ID number (print release code), tap 'ID number.'

6. Locate your print release code from your PaperCut email. Tap 'ID number' (print release code).

7. Enter your ID number (print release code) and tap 'Log in.'

8. You will see a screen that details how many print jobs you have pending. Tap 'Print all' to release all pending print jobs, or tap 'Print release' to choose certain documents to print in your queue.

If you tapped 'Print all', all of your pending print jobs will release.

If you tapped 'Print release', a listing of all pending print documents will appear. Tap the documents you wish to print (a check mark will appear beside the document), and tap 'Print.' Your print jobs will release.

9. By tapping 'Device functions' on the screen, you will see your Papercut balance amount.

10. If at any time you need to go back to a previous screen, tap the left arrow and not the Home icon.

11. When you have finished printing, tap 'Log out' in the upper right corner of the screen.

How to Utilize a Printer + Copier


To utilize a Printer + Copier, a student must have funds uploaded to their TigerPrint account. To upload funds, please reference the Knowledge Base article TigerPrint: Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

Note: The Printer + Copiers are larger printers with copying functionality, as shown below. If you need to make copies, please see the Copying Knowledge Base Article.
