TigerPrint: Mobility Print Windows Installation

Mobility Print by Ricoh is the preferred printing method for students on Auburn's campus. To utilize Mobility Print, you must be connected to eduroam.

Follow these instructions for utilizing Mobility Print on a Windows device:

  1. Install the Ricoh Print Queue profile for your Windows device (phone, tablet, or laptop) by navigating to aub.ie/windowsmp. For more detailed installation instructions, please see the steps below.
  2. Locate the document to be printed on your device and select 'Print.' Select 'RicohPrinters [RIU-APP02] (Mobility)' as your desired printer and set your print settings (color or b/w, number of copies, single or double-sided, etc.) before submitting.
  3. Once your document is processed, you will receive an email with your release code. This code will be the same every time you print.
  4. To print your document(s),  you can login at one of the printers by either tapping your mobile Tiger ID, by entering your Auburn credentials, or by entering your print release code. Windows Installation Instructions


Follow the steps below to install and use Mobility Print by Ricoh on your Windows device.   

  1. In a web browser, navigate to aub.ie/windowsmp. The link will provide you with the Windows installer. Under Step 1, click "Download and run Mobility Print" to begin the process.

  1. The Windows mobility print installer will download. Click the file to open and run the installer package.

3. Click “Finish” when the installation and the PaperCut Mobility Print Client Setup Wizard completes.

4. Go back to aub.ie/windowsmp that is already open in your web browser, and click "Connect and get my printers" (under Step 2). You may be prompted to click "Open PaperCut Mobility Print Client" and see a notification that mobility print is fetching your printers.

5. When you view a list of your printers, you should now see the "RicohPrinters [RIU-APP02] (Mobility)" as a printer option. Print as you normally would, selecting “RicohPrinters [RIU-APP02] (Mobility)” as the printer.

 

6. In this example below, we will print from Word.  While in the open Word document you want to print, click the printer icon or click "File > Print." The print dialog box will appear and you will select "RicohPrinters [RIU-APP02] (Mobility)" as the printer.  Here you can edit the number of copies, double-sided vs. single-sided, and color vs. black and white. Once you have made your selections click “Print.” Note: You may be prompted by PaperCut again to enter in your Auburn credentials.

7. You should receive an email from Tigerprint with a print release code.  You can use this code, your Auburn credentials, or your mobile Tiger ID when logging in to a Copier + Printer or Printer.
