Mobility Print by Ricoh is the preferred printing method for students on Auburn's campus. To utilize Mobility Print, you must be connected to eduroam.
Follow these instructions for utilizing Mobility Print on a Windows device:
Follow the steps below to install and use Mobility Print by Ricoh on your Windows device.
1. In a web browser, navigate to aub.ie/mobilityprint. The link will provide you with the Windows installer. Click "Download" to begin the process.
2. The Windows mobility print installer will download. Click the file to open and run the installer package (you may need to select "Keep" first in order to download the installer).
3. Choose "English" for language and click "OK."
4. Accept the License Agreement, and click "Next."
5. Check the box beside "RicohPrinters [RIU-APP02]" and click "Next."
6. Enter your Auburn username and password and click "Next."
7. Click “Finish” when the PaperCut Mobility Printer Setup Wizard completes.
8. When you view a list of your printers, you should now see the "RicohPrinters [RIU-APP02] (Mobility)" as a printer option. Print as you normally would, selecting “RicohPrinters [RIU-APP02] (Mobility)” as the printer.
9. In this example below, we will print from Word. While in the open Word document you want to print, click the printer icon or click "File > Print." The print dialog box will appear and you will select "RicohPrinters [RIU-APP02] (Mobility)" as the printer. Here you can edit the number of copies, double-sided vs. single-sided, and color vs. black and white. Once you have made your selections click “Print.” Note: You may be prompted by PaperCut again to enter in your Auburn credentials.
10. You should receive an email from Tigerprint with a print release code. You can use this code, your Auburn credentials, or your mobile Tiger ID when logging in to a Copier + Printer or Printer.
