Payment
To utilize a Copier + Printer or Printer, a student must have funds uploaded to their Papercut account before they begin printing. To upload funds to a Papercut account, you can view this instructional video or follow these instructions:

- Navigate to tigerprint.auburn.edu and log in with your Auburn credentials.
- On the left-hand sidebar, click 'Add Credit.'
- Select the amount you would like to add and click 'Add Value.'
- After clicking 'add value,' you will be redirected to "authorize.net" to complete the transaction. Input your payment information, and click 'Pay Now.'
Refunds
If your job does not print or does not print correctly due to a machine malfunction while attempting to print, you have the option to request a refund from Ricoh. Note: Ricoh will NOT refund jobs printed to the incorrect printer.
Students have two options for requesting a refund:
- Email: Students can email: ricohhelp@auburn.edu to request a refund from our Ricoh team, or
- Via the Papercut website: Students can view this instructional video or follow these instructions,
- Navigate to tigerprint.auburn.edu and log in with your Auburn credentials.
- On the left-hand sidebar, click on 'Recent Jobs.'
- Find the job to be refunded, and click on 'Request Refund.'
