Start the Zoom App on the computer. From this startup screen, if you know the Meeting ID you can join a meeting in progress clicking on the "Join a Meeting" button, OR, sign into your Zoom account clicking the "Sign In" button. |

Ensure Zoom is using the Crestron Bar for Camera, Speaker and Microphone. Click on the ^ next to Start Video to select options -- Camera = Huddle IQ. This camera uses AI to ensure everyone is in the frame of the meeting. |

Click on the ^ next to Mute to select options: Microphone = Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Crestron-UC-Soundbar) and Speaker = Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Crestron-UC-Soundbar) Highly recommend running the "Test Speaker & Microphone setting before joining or hosting meeting. |
