Auburn University students are eligible for an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription at no cost as long as they are actively enrolled at Auburn. Students can request the subscription at adobe.auburn.edu.
Follow these steps if you are a student and would like to request a subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud:
1. Navigate to the request page adobe.auburn.edu. To request Adobe Creative Cloud, click "Sign Up" in the top toolbar, or scroll down the page and click the "How to Obtain Creative Cloud" button.
2. On the next page, read the information about Adobe Express and Creative Cloud for students, and check the box next to "I understand my account will be deactivated and cloud-hosted files will be deleted when I am no longer enrolled." Once you check the box, you can click the "Request a License" button to proceed.
3. Next, you will be taken to a login screen for Auburn University. Enter your Auburn credentials (username and password) and click "Login."
4. You will be taken back to adobe.auburn.edu where you will see a confirmation that your "Request has been submitted successfully."
After submitting your request, wait 2-3 hours, and then try signing in at adobe.com using your Auburn University credentials (make sure to choose "company or school account" when prompted).
Full login instructions can be found at aub.ie/adobelogin. If you are still unable to sign in after 2-3 hours of submitting your request, contact the IT Service Desk at 334-844-4944 or itservicedesk@auburn.edu.
Students must be enrolled in order to request the Creative Cloud license and download the Creative Cloud software. Accounts for unenrolled students will be removed at the end of the last semester for which you are enrolled, and all files in the cloud storage associated with your account will be deleted. For more information, see the Knowledge Base article: ADOBE: Creative Cloud Information for Departing Employees, Graduates, and Unenrolled Students.
