Once you have a subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud, follow the instructions below to log in.
AU Students: If you are an enrolled student who has requested an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, please wait 2-3 hours from the time you submitted your request at adobe.auburn.edu before logging in using the instructions below.
AU Employees: Active employees receive an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription by default.
1. Navigate to adobe.com.
2. Click "Sign In" in the upper right corner.
3. On the sign-in page, enter your Auburn email address (example: username@auburn.edu) and click "Continue".
4. If prompted, choose "Company or School Account."
Note: When logging in with your Auburn school account, you will not be asked for credit card or payment information. If you are prompted for payment, you are on an incorrect page during the initial login step. Contact the IT Service Desk at (334) 844-4944 with any questions regarding these login steps.
5. You will be redirected to an Auburn website where you will enter your Auburn username and password. Click "Login."
6. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the Adobe website and logged in to your Auburn account. On the left-hand toolbar, click "Apps" to download or open any of your Adobe Creative Cloud apps (if you are using a work computer that requires admin rights for installations, you will need to contact your Distributed IT Provider).
Important Reminders:
When logging in with your Auburn school account, you will not be asked for credit card or payment information. If you are prompted for payment, you are on an incorrect page during the initial login step. Contact the IT Service Desk at (334) 844-4944 with any questions regarding the login steps.
Click the pie graph icon in the upper-right corner at any time to log out of your Adobe account.
You can install Adobe applications on more than one computer, activate them (sign in) on two, but use them on only one computer at a time. To activate apps on a third machine, you'll need to deactivate (sign out) on one of the two current computers first.
To sign out of Adobe on a computer:
- Log in at adobe.com with your Auburn credentials.
- Click the Account Profile (Pie Chart icon).
- Click Manage Account.
- Under "Plans and Payment," choose Activated Devices.
- Click Deactivate to sign out of Adobe on a computer.
Students who have a subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud can also utilize on-campus computers that have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on the device (example: computers in the I&RC on the 1st floor in the RBD Library). You can visit: aub.ie/ircadobe for more information.
