Med + Proctor is a medical software used by Auburn University to track student immunization information, as well as other medical information. All incoming students must complete the electronic Medical Information and Immunization Form through Med + Proctor, which is managed by the Auburn University Medical Clinic.
Students will receive an email to their Auburn email address guiding them to the Med + Proctor site. If you cannot find the email, navigate to the Med + Proctor login page. Follow the instructions provided on the login page to create an account with Med + Proctor using your @auburn.edu email address.
