Zoom is a video conferencing platform that integrates with Canvas and Outlook, allowing users to host video meetings for up to 300 participants and schedule meetings right in the calendar.
- In either the calendar in Outlook or in the meeting notification box, double-click to open the details for the Zoom meeting. Click the link for the Zoom meeting.
- Zoom will open in a browser and either prompts to install the program or to open the meeting in Zoom. If installation is required, Zoom will start the meeting after the install is complete.
