Zoom is a video conferencing platform that integrates with Canvas and Outlook, allowing users to host video meetings for up to 300 participants. Users can also connect to their Office 365 account to Zoom so that contacts and meetings will be shared between the two.
- Go to https://auburn.zoom.us/ and sign in with your AU username and password.
- Click "Connect to Calendar and Contact Service" under "Calendar and "Contact Integration."
- Select Office 365. Ensure that “Allow Zoom to get calendar event” and “Allow Zoom to sync contacts” are both checked and click "Next."
- Select "Authorize with EWS." Enter your AU email and password. Leave the EWS URL as the default. Click "Authorize."
