Sending an Email on Behalf of Another User
Before you can send an email on behalf of another user, you must first be their “delegate”.
To set up a delegate, please view the following KB Article “How to Set Up a Delegate in Outlook”
1. To send a message on behalf of a different user:
2. Click the dropdown arrow next to From and select Other E-mail address. Type in the address of the user or select it from the address book. Do not select it if it is populated (this will not send on “behalf”). Click “OK”:
3. Select the recipient and create the body of your email. Send the message. In the Inbox view you will see the sender, but on the email it will show Your Name on behalf of Other User Name:
