Box is a cloud content management and file-sharing service for businesses. Users can determine how their content can be shared with other users. Users may invite others to view and/or edit an account's shared files, upload documents and photos to shared files, upload documents and photos to a shared file's folder, and give other users rights to view shared files.

Your Auburn Box account can be accessed in the following ways:
1. Box requires Duo 2-factor authentication. Before accessing Box, register for Duo 2-factor authentication at auburn.edu/duo. Additional information about Duo can be found in the Knowledge Base article at aub.ie/duokb.
2. To create and access an Auburn University Box account, visit auburn.box.com. Press the Continue button.
3. You will be redirected to sign in and authenticate, unless you already have a session active. Enter your Auburn username and password, and click Login. Accept the Duo authentication when prompted.
4. On the next screen, you can choose or fill out the marketing questions or click skip this and go straight to Box.
5. You should now be logged into Box. You should be presented with 3 tips to help you get started with Box. It is suggested you read these and practice uploading a document.
