Installing Respondus LockDown Browser:
- Install Respondus LockDown Browser through your Canvas course.
- Within your course, navigate to the quiz you want to take. Although the button is labeled “Take the Quiz,” it will not actually begin the quiz.
- To download the browser, click “Take the Quiz.”
- Click the link to the download page. Follow the instructions on the following page for PC or Mac.
- Once installed, launch the Lockdown Browser, log into Canvas using the Lockdown Browser, and then take the quiz.
