This is the solution to the Problem
| Creative Cloud Error message: "You don't have access to manage apps" |
Click on any image to view an enlarged image. |
| In the FINDER, Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/ Click and drag on the ServiceConfig.xml file to copy it to the desktop where is can be edited. | |
| Right Click on the ServiceConfig.xml file on the desktop and Open With >> TextEdit | |
| Edit the "false" in the first line to "true" | |
| Save the file | |
| Drag the edited ServiceConfig.xml file on the desktop back to it's original location. | |
| Choose the REPLACE Option | |
| Authenticate with your computer password to approve the change. | |
| Restart the computer. When Creative Cloud restarts the Error should be gone. | |
