How to Access Respondus 4.0

Download Directions for Faculty and Staff:

1. Click the link above to go to Auburn University’s ServiceNow Software Catalog to access Respondus 4.0.
2. Sign in using your Auburn credentials. Only faculty and staff can access this page. If you encounter an error stating “You are either not authorized or the record is not valid,” ensure that you are logged in at the top right. 
3. Download Respondus 4.0 from the link provided on the ServiceNow page.
4. Before installing Respondus, close all programs.
5. During installation, you will be prompted with a Licensing Screen. Use the license information found in the ZIP file on AU INSTALL.
6. Enter or paste the contact name and password into the provided fields, then click License.

Note: You may need administrative rights on your computer to install Respondus 4.0.
