If you are taking a quiz on a Chromebook that requires Respondus LockDown Browser, you will need to install the Google Chrome extension in order for this to work.

In Canvas, navigate to the quiz and click the button “Take the Quiz.”

Click on the link in Canvas, “Download Respondus LockDown Browser.”

The link should direct you to the Chrome web store where you can select “Add to Chrome.”

If after adding this extension, you still cannot utilize LockDown Browser, you will need to contact your professor, and the extension will need to be approved.
