Box is a cloud content management and file-sharing service that should be used as a resource for storing Auburn University academic or administrative data. Users can determine how their content can be shared with other users. Users may invite others to view and/or edit an account's shared files, upload documents and photos to shared files, upload documents and photos to a shared file's folder, and give other users rights to view shared files.

You will log in with your Auburn username and password and should accept the Duo authentication prompt.
You'll then see a share screen, where you can see the shared link. If you have already shared the link with others, those users will be visible as small round icons in the upper right corner of this screen.
