Instructions for using the conference equipment in Haley 7009

Equipment List: 80" Monitor/TV, Crestron Conference System (Camera, Speaker and Microphone) Remote Control, Wireless Keyboard, Wireless Mouse and CPU
Monitor/TV Remote Control: Use the Red Top Left Button to turn on the Monitor/TV
Sign into the Computer with your Auburn Username and Password, same as you would do in a classroom. 

Start the Zoom App on the computer.

From this startup screen, if you know the Meeting ID you can join a meeting in progress clicking on the "Join a Meeting" button,

OR,

sign into your Zoom account clicking the "Sign In" button. 

Use the SSO Sign in option to sign into your licensed Auburn Zoom account. 
Add Auburn to the SSO Address if missing. 
Use your Auburn credentials to sign into your Licensed Zoom Account
Zoom Menu: Options to start a New Meeting, Join an existing meeting, or Schedule a future meeting from your Zoom Profile. Open the Meetings Tab in the Menu Bar to view additional meetings. 
Unless using a telephone for the audio portion of the conference click "Join with Computer Audio"

Ensure Zoom is using the Crestron Bar for Camera, Speaker and Microphone. 

Click on the ^ next to Start Video to select options -- Camera = Huddle IQ. This camera uses AI to ensure everyone is in the frame of the meeting.

Ensure Zoom is using the Crestron Bar for Camera, Speaker and Microphone. 

Click on the ^ next to Mute to select options:

Microphone  = Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Crestron-UC-Soundbar)

and

Speaker = Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Crestron-UC-Soundbar)

Highly recommend running the "Test Speaker & Microphone setting before joining or hosting meeting. 

When Microphone is "LIVE" the tally light on the Crestron Bar will be Green
When Microphone is "MUTED" the tally light on the Crestron Bar will be Red and a red slash appears overs the Microphone in the Zoom menu bar. Click the microphone icon to unmute.
