New Zoom Apps Available!
On May 24, 2023, you may have received a collection of exciting emails announcing the arrival of three new Zoom Apps available in the Zoom App Marketplace for your Auburn Zoom Account. Zoom Rooms Controller, Box app for Zoom, and the Timer.
To use these new apps in your Zoom meetings, you will first need to toggle on Zoom Apps Quick Launch Button, in your Zoom account settings under Zoom Apps.

Empower yourself with the Zoom Rooms Controller app, which provides a wealth of control functionalities akin to a dedicated in-room controller. Simply pair the app with a Zoom Room and gain the ability to manage essential in-meeting controls, including audio and video muting and camera adjustments. |

Gain instant access to your Box files from within Zoom, enabling you to effortlessly select and present files during meetings with a single click. Enjoy the convenience of uploading files directly to Box without leaving the Zoom interface, and effortlessly share your Box files with others, all while staying immersed in the Zoom experience. |
