Viewers can switch between the shared screen content and the speaker's live video during Zoom meetings. This feature enhances interaction and focus by allowing you to choose which element—presentation or presenter—you wish to focus on. Here’s how you can use this feature effectively:
Availability:
- This option is available only to viewers when a screen is shared. It is not accessible when you are sharing your screen or when no screen is being shared.
Accessing the Feature:
- Enter Fullscreen: Ensure your Zoom meeting is in fullscreen mode.
- Open View Options: Click on the View button located at the top right-hand side of the Zoom interface to open a dropdown menu.
- Select Standard View: From the dropdown menu, choose the Standard option.
Using the Swap Function:
- Once in Standard view, hover over the video of any participant. An icon labeled Swap Shared Screen with Video will appear.
- Click this icon to toggle between viewing the shared screen and the speaker’s video.
This simple switch can significantly enhance your meeting experience by allowing you to control what you focus on.
