Mobility Print by Ricoh is the preferred printing method for students on Auburn's campus. To utilize Mobility Print, you must be connected to AU_WiFi.
To install the Mobility Print "Ricoh Print Queue" profile on your device (phone, tablet, or laptop), follow the instructions in the TigerPrint: Mobility Print by Ricoh Knowledge Base Article.
To uninstall the Mobility Print "Ricoh Print Queue" profile on your device (phone, tablet, or laptop), follow the instructions below:
Uninstall Mobility Print on macOS
1. From your Mac computer, click the Apple icon and System Settings (or System Preferences).
2. Click Printers & Scanners and click the printer named RicohPrinters.
3. Click Remove Printer.
4. At the next screen prompt, click Remove Printer. The RicohPrinters printer used for Mobility Print will then be uninstalled from your Mac device.
5. An alternative way to uninstall Mobility Print on a Mac is by navigating to the Applications folder using Finder on the computer.
6. In Applications, control-click on the folder named PaperCut Mobility Print Client.
7. Click Move to Trash. You may be prompted to enter your Mac computer's password. The PaperCut Mobility Print Client folder will then be removed from the Applications folder. To fully remove the PaperCut application, be sure to empty the trash.
8. If you need to reinstall the Mobility Print "Ricoh Print Queue" profile on your device (phone, tablet, or laptop) at any time, follow the instructions in the TigerPrint: Mobility Print by Ricoh Knowledge Base Article.
Uninstall Mobility Print on Windows
1. From your Windows computer, click the Windows Start icon at the bottom of your screen, and click Settings.
2. Click Bluetooth & Devices and click Printers & Scanners. (Note: a shortcut is to type in "Printers" in the search bar at the bottom of the screen, and Printers & Scanners should appear.)
3. In your list of installed printers, locate and click RicohPrinters [Ricoh Virtual Queue](Mobility).
4. Click Remove.
5. You will be prompted if you want to allow the app to make changes to your device. Click Yes, and the Ricoh Mobility Print profile will be removed from your computer.
6. If you need to reinstall the Mobility Print "Ricoh Print Queue" profile on your device (phone, tablet, or laptop) at any time, follow the instructions in the TigerPrint: Mobility Print by Ricoh Knowledge Base Article.
Uninstall Mobility Print on iOS
1. From your iOS device, go to the Settings app.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap VPN & Device Management.
4. Tap Papercut Mobility Print for iOS.
5. Tap Remove Profile. You may then be prompted to enter your device's passcode. Once you enter the passcode, tap Remove again, and the Papercut Mobility Print profile will be removed from your iOS device.
6. If you need to reinstall the Mobility Print "Ricoh Print Queue" profile on your device (phone, tablet, or laptop) at any time, follow the instructions in the TigerPrint: Mobility Print by Ricoh Knowledge Base Article.
Uninstall Mobility Print on Android
1. From your Android device, go to the Mobility Print app.
2. Press and hold the Mobility Print app until you see the App info and Pause app options. Tap App info.
3. Tap Uninstall.
4. You will be prompted to uninstall the Mobility Print app. Tap OK. The Mobility Print app will be uninstalled and will be removed from the device.
5. If you need to reinstall the Mobility Print "Ricoh Print Queue" profile on your device (phone, tablet, or laptop) at any time, follow the instructions in the TigerPrint: Mobility Print by Ricoh Knowledge Base Article.
