Auburn University uses Duo Security as multi-factor authentication (MFA) to securely access various Auburn resources. Students can register for Duo at auburn.edu/duo. Instructions for setting up Duo for the first time can be found in the Knowledge Base article at aub.ie/duosetupkb. An overview of Duo is found at aub.ie/duokb.

eduroam: The preferred wireless network for students, faculty, and staff to connect phone and computer/laptop/tablet devices on Auburn's campus is eduroam. At Auburn, eduroam is available in academic and administrative buildings, as well as in the on-campus residence halls.
Connect to eduroam by selecting it from your device's WiFi settings, then enter your full Auburn email address (username@auburn.edu) and password. Additional information and instructions on connecting to eduroam, based on device type, can be found in the Knowledge Base article at aub.ie/eduroam.
AU_ResHalls: The wireless network for connecting gaming consoles, streaming devices, and home automation devices in on-campus residence halls is AU_ResHalls. (Note: 160 Ross, 191 College, and The Union are considered off-campus AU Housing and are not included in the on-campus residence hall wireless service.)

TigerPrint by Ricoh is a service that allows students to print files from anywhere to networked printers located across Auburn's campus. More information about TigerPrint can be found in the Knowledge Base article at aub.ie/tigerprintkb.
While Auburn University does not suggest any specific computers, certain academic units have recommendations based on various software programs that students will be running while in certain courses. We recommend ensuring all devices are running the most recent and up-to-date version of operating systems available for your device. Students are entitled to educational price discounts for computer hardware. More information about hardware discounts can be found in the Knowledge Base article at aub.ie/hardware.
Auburn students have access to Microsoft 365 email and applications at owa.auburn.edu. Once enrolled in courses, students can install Microsoft 365 desktop apps. More information on installing Microsoft 365 apps can be found in the Knowledge Base article at aub.ie/officekb.
Auburn recommends using the Outlook application for email access (either through the desktop app, mobile app, or online at owa.auburn.edu.
Microsoft OneDrive is the preferred cloud storage solution that works alongside the Microsoft 365 apps. Each Auburn student is allotted 1 TB of storage, accessible on multiple devices via the OneDrive app. More information on OneDrive can be found in the Knowledge Base article at aub.ie/onedrivekb.
Box is an additional cloud storage service provided to all students upon enrollment in classes. Box can be used to store AU academic or administrative data and is a great resource for sharing files and folders between other users. Enrolled students automatically receive an Adobe Express subscription. If the Adobe Express license does not meet a student's needs, they may request a Creative Cloud subscription at no cost as long as they are actively enrolled at Auburn University. To request a free student subscription, visit adobe.auburn.edu.
Auburn University-provided Adobe subscriptions (Express, Creative Cloud, etc.) for unenrolled students will be removed at the end of the last semester of enrollment, and all files in cloud storage associated with the account will be deleted.

AU Access is where students connect to almost all online AU resources. A link to AU Access is located at the top right of the AU homepage, or students can log in directly at auaccess.auburn.edu using their AU username and password.
