- File Share Support: How to find your share path and submit a ticket for hosted share issues

The Dell EMC Isilon NAS hosts shares, some of which were previously on Windows servers. Some of these Windows servers had \\auo#\shareName in their path, where # was 1, 2, 3, etc., and include \\ausamba\.

If you are experiencing hosted share issues, please submit an incident ticket to the IT Service Desk. The IT Service Desk can then assign the ticket to the Infrastructure, Virtualization, and Storage team.

So that the Infrastructure, Virtualization and Storage team can better assist with your issue, please provide the network path when you submit a ticket. For example: \\au09\DeptShare.
If you only see your mapped drive, for example: D:, R:, Z:, open a command window and type net use. You will get a result similar to the image below. Match the mapped letter to the remote network path:
