As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance AU Access, we’ll soon be updating how students, advisors, and faculty access registration and academic tools.  

What’s changing?

Beginning Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, several AU Access menus will move to an updated layout designed to provide a more modern and consistent experience.

The upgrade will roll out in phases:

• Friday, Nov. 14: Student registration and student records tools (after academic registration for Spring 2026)
  • Visit aub.ie/studentauaccess for additional details on student registration and student record menu relocations.
• Monday, Nov. 24: Academic advising tools – Advisor menu & Student Information menu (after academic registration for Spring 2026)
  • Visit aub.ie/advisorauaccess for additional details on advisor menu relocations.
• Monday, Dec. 1: Student Financial Aid tools - enhanced Financial Aid portal
  • Visit aub.ie/financialaidupdates for additional details on financial aid enhancements.
• Tuesday, Dec. 16: Faculty services menus (after final grades are posted and Fall commencement)
  • Visit aub.ie/facultyauaccess for additional details on faculty menu relocations.

Once the updates are complete, these tools will be available under their respective tabs in AU Access, providing a more consistent and user-friendly experience. During each transition, there is no expected downtime, and your access will remain unchanged - just relocated.
