As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance AU Access, we’ll soon be updating how students, advisors, and faculty access registration and academic tools.
Beginning Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, student registration and records tools will move to the Student Profile tab under the Academic Portals card within the AU Access portal. During this transition, there is no expected downtime, and your access will remain unchanged, just relocated. This change will occur after academic registration for Spring 2026.
Currently, the registration and student records tools are found on the Student Self-Service > Student and Financial Aid tab under the Academic Portals card, as shown below. On Nov. 14, the registration and student records options will be relocated.

On November 14, various registration and student records tools and information will be available on the Student Registration Profile card, the Registration and Advising card under My Academics, and the Student Profile page accessible under the Academic Portals card, as shown below.
Please note that relocating the registration menu item will not affect the current method of registration via Tiger Scheduler.
Selecting Student Profile under the Academic Portals card will bring students to the enhanced Student Profile view, as shown below.
From Student Profile, students can choose from various registration and record tools on the left-hand menu or by selecting "Registration Notices" or "Holds" in the upper-left corner, as shown below.
