2/23/2026 Status Updates:

3:40 PM CT Update: Resolved: The issue causing 504 gateway timeout errors during authentication has been resolved. Our vendor has confirmed services are operating normally, including Duo multi-factor authentication. If you continue to experience issues, please report them to the OIT Service Desk at itservicedesk@auburn.edu or 334-844-4944.

10:45 AM CT Update: Duo has deployed a fix for the gateway timeouts, and they are now seeing successful authentications. Duo is currently monitoring for any further issues.

9:15 AM CT Update: OIT is aware of reported login issues impacting Outlook Webmail and Microsoft 365 services. Early indications suggest this may be a broader service issue, and our teams are actively investigating.
