Document Uploads must be enabled by your institution for you to create syllabi by uploading documents.

• Locate the syllabus you would like to update.
• Click the edit icon and you will be presented with two options:

• Use the Publisher to manually enter content into your syllabus.
• Upload a Syllabus to replace your syllabus with a document you upload.

• You can upload multiple files at once or individually. When finished, click the Upload button.
• Your files will be uploaded and your syllabus submitted. To edit the uploaded syllabus, click the edit icon again and choose a different set of files.

If Document Upload is enabled and being utilized, standard Simple Syllabus features will not be available. This includes importing, the Accessibility Checker, Student Acknowledgment, Reordering, and other built‑in tools.

If multiple Syllabus Access settings are configured to allow users to modify access settings, this will be the only available feature when Document Upload is enabled.
